Brief History

Born and raised in Amarillo, I have worked as a cowhand, English teacher, researcher, creative writer and journalist. I have lived in New York, Ecuador and Texas. Currently, I am pursuing a masters degree in Latin American Studies and Journalism at the University of Texas in Austin. My research interests include transnational migration and international communication.

Recent News
